Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Present product solutions and close sales.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Use CRM software to track leads and manage pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (1+ years) with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient.
• Experience with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, HighLevel) is a plus.
• Insurance industry knowledge is a plus.
