Service Advisor

Sky Ford of Provo is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our service department, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service and clear communication throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments.
• Listen carefully to customers' concerns and vehicle issues, accurately documenting their needs.
• Provide detailed service recommendations based on vehicle diagnoses and manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and explain costs and timelines clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with customers about service progress and any changes or additional repairs required.
• Process service orders, payments, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an accessible manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Valid driver’s license.
