Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about delivering a top-tier buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting new and pre owned vehicles that fit their needs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Follow up on leads, phone calls, and internet inquiries

• Conduct product presentations and test drives

• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and promotions

• Work closely with management and finance teams to finalize deals

• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a competitive drive

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and CRM skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
