Restaurant Supervisor

Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support daily food & beverage operations. This role helps lead the team, ensures excellent guest service, and maintains a smooth, high-energy dining environment in our busy sports bar and grill. Ideal for someone with hospitality experience looking to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Support scheduling and shift management

Requirements

• 1+ year of food & beverage supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Part-time and full-time availability
• Certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe, CPR, or First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
