Host/Hostess

Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Seat guests and provide menus
- Manage reservations and waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area

Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus

Compensation:
$17.50 per hour
