Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily flow of the service drive while ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional, and courteous service.

  • Build lasting customer relationships by taking ownership of each customer's experience from write-up through vehicle delivery.

  • Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and repair timelines clearly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with technicians to maximize shop productivity and maintain efficient workflow.

  • Ensure technician time is consistently and effectively sold through accurate estimates and proper scheduling.

  • Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, whether by phone, text, email, or in person.

  • Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required.

  • GM dealership experience preferred, but not required.

  • Dealership experience preferred.

  • Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Organized with outstanding time management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume service environment.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
