Facility Custodian

We are looking for a Facilities Custodian at our new commercial dealership location. This position is fast-paced with great attention to detail in order to maintain an efficient and customer-oriented facility. The ideal person for this position must be self-driven and a team player.

Starting Hourly Wage at $19.00                                                  Monday  - Friday work schedule

Duties:

• Cleaning & Sanitation: Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors; dusts furniture and equipment; cleans restrooms and replenishes supplies.
• Waste Management: Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas.
• Facility Upkeep: Washes windows, walls, glass panels, and trim; polishes metalwork and lighting fixtures.
• Event Support: Sets up and tears down tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, or special events.
• Safety & Reporting: Monitors buildings for maintenance issues and reports major repair needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience: Related cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts, bend, stoop, and lift/push equipment or trash weighing up to 30–50 lbs.
