Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough road tests prior to inspection to assess vehicle condition.

Conduct detailed inspections, accurately documenting necessary repairs and issues identified.

Execute repairs as authorized by management, adhering strictly to dealership guidelines.

Document all inspection outcomes and completed repairs using electronic forms.

Perform final road tests to confirm that repairs have resolved all identified issues.

Complete all required training, including online and hands-on training sessions.

Conduct accurate diagnostics and stay updated on new automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Collaborate proactively with shop management to address ongoing training and skill development.
Job Requirements:

Minimum two years of automotive inspection, maintenance, and repair experience.

Valid Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emission licenses.

Personal set of essential automotive tools.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
-
Strong communication skills to effectively discuss repair solutions.
-
Punctual, reliable, and consistently positive work attitude.

Proficiency in interpreting schematics and automotive flowcharts.

Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competence with standard shop tools and diagnostic equipment, including scanners, electrical diagnostic tools, AC recovery units, fluid exchange systems, and vehicle lifts.
