What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership.
- Ford dealership experience preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to effectively manage high-volume service operations.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service processes, warranties, and dealership management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of our busy service department, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians, advisors, and support staff.
- Maintain and improve service department profitability by monitoring performance metrics, expenses, and departmental goals.
- Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and resolution of concerns.
- Ensure compliance with Ford's standards and dealership policies.
- Manage warranty claims and collaborate closely with Ford representatives.
