What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership.
  • Ford dealership experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage high-volume service operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service processes, warranties, and dealership management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of our busy service department, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians, advisors, and support staff.
  • Maintain and improve service department profitability by monitoring performance metrics, expenses, and departmental goals.
  • Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and resolution of concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with Ford's standards and dealership policies.
  • Manage warranty claims and collaborate closely with Ford representatives.
