Service Director are responsible for overseeing the entire service department, ensuring it is profitable and running smoothly. Their responsibilities include staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records.

• Full-Time | $100,000+ annual compensation (base + performance bonus)

  Are you a proven leader with a passion for luxury vehicles and a track record of success in fixed operations? Land Rover Boerne is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead and elevate our high-performing service department.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the service department, including advisor performance, technician efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
  • Drive CSI and RO growth through coaching, process optimization, and customer-focused leadership
  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and workflow to maximize productivity and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and brand-level expectations
  • Collaborate with parts, sales, and executive leadership to align department goals with dealership objectives
  • Lead by example in delivering a luxury-level service experience

  Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in a high-line or volume dealership required
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong understanding of financials, KPIs, and OEM reporting metrics
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Land Rover/Jaguar or other luxury brands is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
