Automotive Sales Associate

Join the dynamic team at Shottenkirk Land Rover Boerne as an Automotive Sales Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist customers in finding their ideal vehicle while working alongside a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the car-buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals
• Stay updated on vehicle inventory, features, and promotions
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Participate in sales training and coaching sessions
• Ensure vehicles are properly presented on the lot and in the showroom

Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High ethical standards and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license

Compensation: $100,000+ per year, paid bi-weekly
