As a Charge Nurse, you’ll provide leadership, direction, and compassionate care for residents while supporting your nursing team. This role ensures quality care is delivered and that staff are equipped to succeed.

Your Impact as a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN)

• Oversee daily nursing operations and delegate tasks to CNAs and nursing staff.

• Provide direct resident care, administer medications, and monitor treatments.

• Ensure compliance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.

• Support, mentor, and guide team members to promote excellent resident outcomes.

• Respond quickly to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.

• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing.

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Compassionate and committed to resident-centered care.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
