We are seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing service team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and keeping things organized, this could be the opportunity for you!

Pay & Benefits

• $17 per hour + monthly performance bonus

• $500 sign-on bonus: $250 after 30 days and $250 after 6 months

What You'll Do

• Schedule and confirm customer service appointments

• Communicate with customers by phone, online, and through chat

• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction

• Help maintain an organized appointment schedule and efficient service operations

• Deliver a positive customer experience through professional and friendly communication

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn

• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and through digital channels

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
