Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Café Concierge.

As a Café Concierge, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience by providing a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression at our dealership. The ideal candidate is personable, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• • Cashiering for Parts and Service
  • Respond to customers at the Lexus Cafe and stock food items
  • Verify closed repair orders
  • Handle bad checks
  • Track vehicles left at the dealership and handle them appropriately
  • File service repair orders
  • Handle all customer information
  • Service reminders
  • Compensation: $17/hr.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks (MVR, drug test)
