Sheehy Ford of Ashland is looking for Sales Consultants to join our family as we continue to grow! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!  If you are a 'people person, who cares about delivering excellent customer service and is motivated to succeed, we will TRAIN you to be the BEST Sales Consultant!!! Individuals with experience serving customers in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, just to name a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales! Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements

• Customer service and/or Sales experience in ANY industry is welcomed - excellent training is provided!
• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
• Have a coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver’s license
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
