Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join the team at one of our high-volume stores as our business grows. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by automotive finance, strongly focuses on compliance requirements, and delivers the best customer service. Position for immediate hire. Relocation package not offered.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

Requirements

• Previous Automotive Finance Management experience.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Professional personal experience and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Position for immediate hire.
