Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Outreach: Identify potential vehicle sellers through calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling

• Vehicle Appraisals: Inspect vehicles, document condition, take photos, and utilize valuation tools and systems

• Pricing & Offers: Collaborate with management to determine vehicle values and present purchase offers

• Vehicle Acquisition: Source vehicles through service drives, private sellers, trade-ins, and auctions

• Inventory Strategy: Maintain a consistent supply of high-quality used vehicles to support retail and wholesale demand

• Market Research: Monitor market conditions and trends to make informed purchasing decisions

• Customer Experience: Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive experience for customers selling their vehicles

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn vehicle features, values, and market dynamics

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Willingness to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
