Automotive Sales Consultant / Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
• Help customers select the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences
• Become knowledgeable on vehicle features, trim levels, technology, and financing options
• Perform professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Learn and apply proven sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals
• Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve performance goals
• Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
