Sheboygan Auto Group is hiring an experienced Body Shop Technician / Collision Repair Technician to join our high-volume shop. If you’re a productive technician who takes pride in quality work, this is an opportunity to step into consistent work and top-tier earning potential.
Compensation
- Expected annual earnings: $90,000 – $140,000+
- Flat rate / flag hour pay structure
- No cap on earnings — top performers earn more

What You’ll Do
- Perform collision repair on vehicle body panels and structures
- Complete dent repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs
- Prep, prime, and refinish vehicles to OEM standards
- Operate frame machines, welding tools, and paint equipment
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Collaborate with estimators and team members to hit production goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of auto body / collision repair experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of body repair, refinishing, and paint prep
- Frame and structural repair experience is a plus
- ASE or I-CAR certifications preferred (not required)
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Self-motivated with strong production mindset
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must have own tools
