Automotive Paint Prepper

We’re looking for a motivated Automotive Paint Prep Technician to join our team. This is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to build a career as an automotive painter. If you take pride in your work, pay attention to detail, and want to grow in a skilled trade, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare vehicles and parts for paint (sanding, masking, cleaning, priming)

• Assist painters with staging and setup

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and shop standards

• Learn advanced painting techniques from experienced professionals

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and grow into a painter role

• Previous automotive or body shop experience is a plus, but not required
