Service Appointment Coordinator

You have come to the right place!  We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Service team to schedule appointments for our team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.

If you've previously been a Scheduling Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Call Center Agent this role is for you!

Compensation: $15/hour depending on your experience + a monthly bonus plan.

Schedule: This is a full-time role Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:30pm or 9am - 6pm depending on what is needed for the department at time of application

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for our guests to get their vehicle needs taken care of
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
• Advise on maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including Gmail, Excel and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working on a team
