Responsibilities

• Assist service advisors and technicians by managing workflow and coordinating tasks within the service department.
• Support various service activities including vehicle check-in, shuttle services, and answering phones.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and customer waiting rooms.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure timely completion of service orders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the service department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive service or similar roles is a plus.
