What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the service department team

• Oversee daily service operations and workflow

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Support technician productivity, training, and development

• Monitor department performance and profitability

• Ensure quality repairs and adherence to dealership standards

• Build strong relationships with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive service management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset

• Ability to manage a fast-paced dealership environment

• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve performance goals

• Professional, dependable, and motivated attitude

• Must have at least 5+ years experience in mechanical department
