Performance Collision Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our state-of-the-art collision center in Pompano Beach. We’re a family-owned Body Shop committed to excellence in customer service and quality repairs.

Position: Body Shop Estimator
Location: Performance Collision Center – Pompano Beach, FL
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as an estimator in a body shop environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate damage estimates using CCC One or similar estimating software

• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams

• Review and update repair orders throughout the repair process

• Ensure compliance with DRP guidelines and cycle time expectations

• Coordinate parts ordering and supplement approvals

• Maintain strong CSI by keeping customers informed and satisfied

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a body shop estimator (required)

• Proficiency in estimating platforms such as CCC One

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of insurance procedures and DRP compliance

• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
