NOW HIRING: Automotive Finance Manager at Performance Nissan!

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure car deals to achieve target finance gross and product penetration goals

• Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and manufacturer finance arms

• Present finance products to customers including extended service contracts, GAP, and more

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and customers

• Support the sales team in closing deals and enhancing customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership (REQUIRED)

• Proven track record in product sales and finance gross performance

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong knowledge of finance programs, legal compliance, and dealership software (CDK experience preferred)

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

• Spanish Speaking preferred but not required.
