Location: Phoenix, AZ   (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the fast-paced and exciting events industry. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events ranging from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and community events

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and organization of various events from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site management tasks.
• Help manage event registration and attendee communications.
• Maintain accurate records of event budgets, expenses, and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required by event schedules.
