Location: Phoenix, AZ   (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Event Staff. In this role, you will be an essential part of the operations and success of a variety of events, including concerts, corporate gatherings, festivals, and sporting events. As Event Staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, engage with attendees, and help create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down event equipment and materials
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to event attendees
• Manage crowd control and ensure attendee safety throughout the event
• Distribute event materials such as badges, programs, or promotional items
• Monitor venue entrances and exits to control access and maintain security

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
• Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
