Location: New Orleans, LA    (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Promotional Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative services to ensure cohesive messaging and effective promotion of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement promotional marketing campaigns to support product launches and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Design and oversee production of promotional materials including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Coordinate and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to maximize brand exposure.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance metrics to refine and improve promotional tactics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotional marketing or related roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and content creation.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
