Location: Fort Worth, TX      (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain and distribution processes. As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics department with various administrative and operational tasks that contribute to timely delivery and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation documents.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and delays.
• Support the logistics team in preparing shipping schedules and delivery documentation.
• Monitor and track shipments to provide status updates and address potential issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Proven experience in a logistics support or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
