Location: Fort Worth, TX      (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing communications team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the positive public image of our organization through strategic communication efforts. This position requires a creative and proactive individual who can effectively manage media relations, draft compelling press materials, and coordinate public outreach activities. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
• Coordinate and support public events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Assist in creating content for social media channels to enhance public engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in media relations and public relations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
