Location: New Orleans, LA    (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. As a Marketing Executive, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and events
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create tailored marketing materials
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and report on key metrics
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas
