We are seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage a variety of tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth office operations
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the team
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to handle calls and complaints professionally
- High school diploma; additional certification in office administration is a plus
