Location: Houston, TX  

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $700 - $850 per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. The Office Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support our team in delivering high-quality services. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Organize and maintain files and records in an orderly manner
• Prepare and send correspondence, memos, and reports as needed
• Assist with data entry and maintain databases accurately
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
