Location: Denver, Colorado (On-site – Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our customer support department, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving their inquiries efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills along with the ability to empathize with customers and find effective solutions to their problems.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues expeditiously and accurately
- Document call information and customer interactions in our database
- Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly tone
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage difficult customer interactions
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic software programs
