Location: Saint Louis, MO

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $700 - $850 per week

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in managing the front desk and ensuring an exceptional experience for visitors and staff alike. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing schedules 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
• Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Assist in handling correspondence and mail distribution
• Perform administrative tasks including filing and data entry

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
