Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated individual for the position of Data Entry Customer Service. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and our data management systems, ensuring that all information is accurately entered and maintained while providing exceptional service. As the front-line representative of our organization, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions, all while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer data into the database and ensure it is updated regularly.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while documenting all interactions in the system.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in generating reports by collecting and analyzing data from various sources.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
