Location: Dallas, TX

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data across various platforms, ensuring that information is both up-to-date and easily accessible. Your attention to detail will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our databases.  

Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into databases and spreadsheets
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Generate regular reports from the database and provide insights as needed
• Maintain and update database systems to ensure data integrity
• Assist in data cleansing efforts to eliminate duplicates and incorrect entries
• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and assist in meeting project deadlines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry or related field
• Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 50 words per minute
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
