Think Tell We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, managing, and executing a variety of events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events and exceptional multitasking abilities, enabling them to handle multiple projects at once while maintaining an eye for detail. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and team members, to ensure that events are not only successful but also memorable. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
• Develop event concepts and themes in alignment with organizational goals and target audience.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of all events.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements.
• Oversee the promotional activities for events, including marketing strategies, social media promotion, and partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and attendees, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role, with a portfolio of successful events.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during high-pressure situations.
