Full Time

Seniornest Homecare is expanding with intention. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that exceptional caregivers are the foundation of exceptional client experiences.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact recruiting role within a growing, 5 star home care company — with clear potential for advancement into a leadership position as the organization scales.

  • Conducting professional, values-aligned interviews

  • Overseeing onboarding to ensure a smooth and elevated candidate experience

  • Partnering with leadership to forecast staffing needs

  • Tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining strong organization

  • Representing Seniornest at hiring events and community outreach efforts

Growth Path

As Seniornest continues to expand, this role has the potential to evolve into a Director of Talent Acquisition position, overseeing recruiting strategy, team development, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years recruiting experience (home care strongly preferred)

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Hireology, Indeed, Wellsky, Clearcare, Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual a plus but not required)

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through

  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven team environment
