Seniornest Homecare is expanding with intention. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that exceptional caregivers are the foundation of exceptional client experiences.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact recruiting role within a growing, 5 star home care company — with clear potential for advancement into a leadership position as the organization scales.

-
Conducting professional, values-aligned interviews
-
Overseeing onboarding to ensure a smooth and elevated candidate experience
-
Partnering with leadership to forecast staffing needs
-
Tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining strong organization
-
Representing Seniornest at hiring events and community outreach efforts
Growth Path
As Seniornest continues to expand, this role has the potential to evolve into a Director of Talent Acquisition position, overseeing recruiting strategy, team development, and workforce planning.
