What You'll Do

As an in-home caregiver, you'll help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life by providing:

• Companionship and emotional support

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Mobility assistance and safe transfers

• Meal preparation and medication reminders

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Assistance with errands and transportation, when applicable

• Support with daily routines and activities

• Observation and reporting of changes in client condition

Each client has unique needs, and we work to match caregivers with assignments based on their experience, availability, and location.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful

• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts

• Comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client's home

• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff

• Passionate about helping seniors remain safe and independent

Experience with dementia, Parkinson's disease, personal care, mobility assistance, or other specialized care needs is a plus!

Available Shifts

We offer scheduling opportunities based on current client needs:

• Day shifts

• Evening shifts

• Weekend shifts

• Overnight shifts

• PRN / Fill-In shifts

Typical Hours: 12–40 hours per week, depending on availability and client assignments.

Weekend and holiday availability is required

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience

• Valid driver's license

• Current auto insurance and reliable transportation

• Negative TB screening

• Ability to complete required pre-employment health screening and onboarding

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Ability to pass required background checks

CNA, GNA, or HHA experience is welcome but not required for all assignments.

Waldorf, La Plata, Hughesville, Brandywine, Clinton, Fort Washington, Accokeek, Oxon Hill, Temple Hills, Suitland, District Heights, White Plains, and surrounding communities.
