What You'll Do

Every client has different needs. Depending on your assignment, you may:

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Help with walking, mobility, and transfers
• Prepare meals
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with errands or transportation when applicable
• Support clients with their daily routines
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Genuinely enjoy working with seniors
• Are compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Are dependable and punctual
• Communicate well with clients, families, and our office team
• Are comfortable providing care in a client's home

Have experience with dementia, Parkinson's disease, mobility assistance, transfers, personal care, or other specialized care needs? We'd especially like to hear from you.

Schedule & Hours

We have a variety of client needs, including:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Overnight shifts
• PRN / fill-in opportunities

Hours typically range from 12–40 hours per week, depending on your availability and current client needs.

Weekend and holiday availability can provide access to additional opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Basic Health Screening and Negative TB test
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment screening and onboarding
