What You'll Do 

You’ll have the chance to make a real difference every day. As a Caregiver, you’ll help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home by assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, medication reminders, and daily routines.

But great caregiving is about more than tasks. You’ll provide companionship, encouragement, and meaningful connection while following each client’s personalized care plan, documenting care, and keeping the team informed of any changes.

And we’ll make sure you’re ready to succeed. You’ll receive hands-on onboarding, orientation, and skills training from day one, plus specialized training for caring for clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s.

What We're Looking For 

We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. 

Our ideal candidate will: 

• Hold a CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) license

• Be certified CPR and first aid (or willingness to get certified) 

• Have a recent tuberculosis (TB) test or chest X-ray 

• be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening  

• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently 

• Manage schedules effectively while providing exceptional client-centered care 

• Bring a caring, patient, and positive attitude to every client interaction 

• Experience caring for clients with dementia and/or Parkinson’s disease preferred

Schedule & Pay 

Competitive pay ranging from $17/hour based on experience and qualifications  

• Available shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and live-in assignments
