As a Senior Helpers caregiver, you’ll support seniors through a range of non-medical services that help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Companion Care

All training is provided—no professional background required.

Flexible Scheduling

We offer daytime, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts that you can select or combine depending on your goals. Whether you want only a few weekly hours or a fuller schedule, we help build a plan that fits your lifestyle.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• $19 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly.
• 5 sick days and holiday pay

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds

• Background check and drug screening

• Strong communication skills (we are a technology-forward office, so please be prepared to use an app for daily documentation as well as frequent calls/ texts/ emails from office). 

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

• Personal or professional caregiving experience is a plus but not required
