We encourage candidates with experience in assisted living, independent living, senior living communities, nursing facilities, home care, or healthcare to apply.

As a caregiver with Senior Helpers – Rochester/Waterford, you’ll build meaningful relationships while providing in-home care that enhances seniors’ quality of life. We match your skills with each client’s needs to create a rewarding caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation and recreational activities.
• Prepare meals and help keep clients’ homes tidy.

Requirements

• Compassion and a genuine desire to support others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to meet clients’ needs.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, or nursing assistance is a plus.
• Credentials such as CNA, PCA, RN, LPN, LVN, or HHA are highly preferred.
