Client Service Manager – Make Every Conversation Count

Do you have a passion for helping others and a knack for building meaningful relationships? At Senior Helpers of Rochester, you’ll do more than manage client services — you’ll change lives, one conversation at a time.

We’re looking for a Client Service Manager who thrives on connection, communication, and compassion. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients — listening to their needs, helping families make care decisions, reviewing and adjusting care plans, and ensuring the highest quality of service through regular in-home visits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

For New Clients:

  • Design and lead a smooth, welcoming onboarding process

  • Respond to service inquiries and convert leads into new clients

  • Build strong relationships during the first 30–90 days of service through calls and visits

  • Recommend care solutions to enhance seniors’ quality of life

For Existing Clients:

  • Conduct assessments and re-assessments using the LIFE Profile model

  • Spend 2–3 days per week in the field conducting home, hospital, or rehab visits

  • Perform regular quality assurance checks and monitor client satisfaction

  • Adapt care plans and collaborate with the scheduler and care team for seamless delivery

  • Track retention metrics and proactively manage care plans to meet growth goals

  • Monitor and respond to client feedback and reviews to drive service improvements

  • Identify and resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in client services, sales, healthcare coordination, or account management

  • A natural communicator who builds trust quickly

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Tech-savvy — comfortable with software platforms and MS Office tools

  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
