We are seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Caregivers to join our team at Senior Helpers in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to our senior clients during the weekends, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate family members or healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients at all times.
• Follow care plans and company protocols to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care-giving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A genuine passion for helping seniors and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Must be able to pass a background check and any other necessary screenings.
