Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide exceptional care and support to our senior clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and quality of life
  • Monitor and document vital signs, promptly reporting health changes to nursing staff
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment
  • Assist with medication management according to healthcare professional directions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team to coordinate care and address concerns

Requirements

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Preferred previous care-giving or related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Compassion, patience, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Successful background checks and drug screening
