In-Home Caregiver

Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team. Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support by establishing trusting and empathetic relationships with clients.
• Assist with daily living activities, including eating, walking, dressing, and grooming, to promote clients’ independence and overall well-being.
• Collaborate closely with care teams to observe, document, and promptly report any changes in clients’ health status.
• Engage clients in enjoyable hobbies and activities tailored to their unique interests and preferences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Hold a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and have reliable transportation.
• Complete all paid training and orientation programs successfully.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, their families, and the care team.
• Exhibit a compassionate and dependable work ethic, focused on delivering high-quality, non-medical companion care.
• Be physically capable of assisting with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Successfully pass all required background checks.
