In-Home Caregiver

Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support by building trusting relationships with clients.
• Assist with daily living activities such as eating, walking, dressing, and grooming to promote independence and well-being.
• Collaborate with care teams to observe, document, and communicate changes in clients’ health promptly.
• Engage clients in hobbies and activities tailored to their interests.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Completion of paid training and orientation programs.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, families, and care teams.
• Compassionate, dependable work ethic focused on high-quality, non-medical companion care.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Successful completion of all required background checks.
