Night Home Aid

Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. We provide professional care that supports clients in flourishing comfortably at home. We invite you to become a valued member of our care-giving team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support during nighttime hours, fostering comforting relationships.
• Assist with nighttime ADLs, including eating, ambulation, dressing, grooming, and other essential self-care tasks.
• Collaborate with the care team by providing prompt updates and reporting any significant changes in health or well-being.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• Genuine dedication to improving seniors’ quality of life.
• Compassion, patience, and understanding of overnight elder care needs.
